Tony's Famous Pancakes

We have been out and about exploring Winchester during the day then sharing dinner each evening with Tony and Diana.  We haven’t had much down time, so us ladies declared today a “rest day”.  You know how us ladies “rest”--we vacuum, do laundry, and plan for the next few days.  Nevertheless, it was a day at home which was a nice change of pace.

Tony, in his infinite wisdom, knew us ladies needed a break from cooking and volunteered to prepare his famous pancakes for our breakfast.  We arrived at their rig and got the royal treatment--juice, sausage, pancakes, and a bottomless pot of coffee.  Tony is quite the showman and, as we sat sipping juice and coffee, he presented each ingredient on the menu with much fanfare.  We had a marvelous time and the pancakes were delicious.  Thank you, Tony (and Diana), for a great breakfast.

They are leaving in the morning.  To celebrate our time together, we are going out to dinner tonight.  We haven’t yet made a decision on which local restaurant, but have a recommendation from the campground office.

That’s all for today.
